Dibbs is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Sell Side to take on an important role within the Product Team. The SPM will lead initiatives and build a world class product to accelerate the number of Sellers who want to tokenize and monetize their collectibles on Dibbs, as well as ensure sellers can get up and running as quickly as possible.

You’ll drive the product strategy and work closely with our leaders in Marketing, Sales and Partnerships to generate interest and top-of-funnel conversion from sellers of all sizes. This role knows how to balance what’s right for the business and fighting for what’s best for the seller to help define the key set of product capabilities that will make us the platform of choice for our existing sellers and new ones.

What you’ll do:

  • Measure and monitor Dibbs existing new seller experience for flaws and opportunities.
  • Define and drive strategies across the funnel to grow seller outreach, conversions, and inventory (collectibles) onboarding.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our sellers to help identify any problems, then figure out how to solve them.
  • Ability to drive strategic themes and opportunities from concept to execution in a streamlined and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, operations and partnership team members to prioritize, plan, and track development and results.
  • Lead the process to understand the results, learnings, insights and follow-on experimentation.
  • Communicate progress and key updates with other teams and stakeholders on a regular basis.

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in a two sided marketplace.
  • 3+ years experience working directly to engage and grow sellers.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving direct impact to key business metrics.
  • Experience conducting user research and surveys by synthesizing customer pain points.
  • Proficient in Excel and analytics tools.
  • Consistent track record in using data to drive product and/or business decisions.
  • Familiarity with transactional based B2C businesses strongly preferred.
